DESCRIPTION:

Operate HVAC systems, cooling towers, pumps and fans. Need to make adjustments to office space, control rooms & studios as requested by occupants. Take readings of all HVAC equipment. To know and operate fire prevention equipment. Perform Fire Safety Director duties as needed.

Maintain the entire HVAC infrastructure at Broadcast Center, CBS occupied floors in the BMW & IFF buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

NYC Refrigeration License, EPA Universal and Technician Certification, along with in depth knowledge of HVAC, mechanical & plumbing systems.

Preferred:

Proficiency in operations and function of pneumatic controls and BMS systems.
