The Sr. Designer will work with the Art Director, Creative Director, Marketing, and Social teams to create assets supporting Showtime Digital Marketing Display Media and Paid Social Media. You will be responsible for:

  • Display Banner design (Storyboards, Statics, Animated GIFs).

  • Display Banner development.

  • Design for Paid Social Media.


  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Design

  • Strong understanding of the current Digital Paid Media landscape and an ability to develop creative that take advantage of unique Digital Media opportunities.

  • Experience in developing digital creative for subscription business with an emphasis on customer acquisition and direct response campaigns a plus.

  • Proven ability to achieve a premium aesthetic quality.

  • Expertise in HTML/CSS/JS and modern workflows.

  • Experience using Greensock, Animate.css, or other CSS/JS-based animation libraries.

  • Experience creating rich-media display on platforms such as Doubleclick, Sizmek, Celtra, Jivox, Addroid, etc.

  • Able to quickly identify solutions for QA issues.

  • Articulate when communicating and defending design rationale.

  • Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Comfort with resizing, trimming, and optimizing video.

  • Independent and will take initiative in answering questions or seeking information.

  • Workflow that supports efficiency and accuracy in meeting creative requests and deadlines.

  • Ability to develop creative within existing concepts and styles.

  • Optimize display creative for required platforms.

  • Ongoing contributions to open-source projects are a plus.

  • Extracurricular work in technology, media or pop-culture space are a plus.
