DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Scheduler to join our team. This position facilitates administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team with a heavy emphasis on scheduling, utilizing Microsoft Outlook. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing candidates a "red carpet" experience. This is a critical and outward facing role to internal clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include:

  • High volume scheduling of candidates interviews for the TA team

  • Provide outstanding client and candidate experience

  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Strong Outlook and computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and credibility quickly via telephone and email

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Ability to take ownership over work and have superior follow up skills while utilizing exemplary customer service skills and attitude

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is a plus
