Coordinates the positioning of CBS Network commercials for various NCAA Basketball broadcasts. Will re-create multiple commercial rotations for the NCAA Tournament programs which will include allocating billboards, formatting games, along with researching commercials timings for clients. Enter and update commercial information into the sales system. Frequent communication with the Sales Coordination Director.
Must be able to work Mon-Fri / 10a-6p with OT as needed from March 11th to April 5th.
Must be able to work the dates/hours required
Possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Proficient in MS Word.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
Experience with data entry a plus.
