Givewith is seeking a talented Manager of Social Impact Projects and Campaigns to support the design and execution of social impact projects and campaigns that lead to tangible positive impact in communities around the globe. Core responsibilities include:

Social Impact Program Coordination - Serve as an Account Executive and Project Manager for a portfolio of social impact projects and campaigns that bring together companies and nonprofit organizations; coordinate and be accountable for all aspects of social impact program execution including program sourcing, selection, implementation and completion, program impact data collection, impact report generation and other reporting as needed. Working closely with Sales, Creative, Operations, Legal and Product teams, serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for the nonprofit organizations, and other key stakeholders as appropriate.

Program Sourcing and Evaluation - In collaboration with nonprofits organizations, NGOs and government agencies, identify high quality program and funding opportunities to be featured in the Givewith Platform, apply Givewith’s proprietary social impact vetting and screening methodology, review program submissions and provide strategic guidance to nonprofits on their program submissions, and conduct nonprofit reviews, site visits and analysis of prospective nonprofits.

Pitch Development- Help develop pitch documents and other media and materials to support the Givewith sales process; research brands and corporate social responsibility programs; help build and develop relationships with brands, as appropriate. Working closely with Sales, Creative, Operations, Legal and Product teams, understand corporate brand/advertiser goals for marketing, branding, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy; procurement; sourcing; sales and other business and social impact objectives; identify and match relevant nonprofits and social impact projects with brands.

Content and Creative Development -- Support content development and campaign design and execution by serving as the primary contact and facilitator for each nonprofit and their featured program;

Client and Campaign Support - Support campaign design, planning, and activation as needed.

Fund Management and Reporting - In collaboration with nonprofit organizations, NGOs and government agencies in the Givewith network, develop a detailed project description for each social impact project to be funded including key metrics and social impacts; execute and manage funding agreements and other legal documents; and monitor social impact project implementation. Working closely with Sales, Finance and Operations, ensure that funding is collected and disbursed to support social impact projects. Collect social impact data and help develop customized impact reports for companies, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, publishers, consumers and other stakeholder groups as appropriate within the Givewith program.

Nonprofit Business Development - Help build and maintain the Givewith network of exclusive nonprofit, NGO and government relationships; explore and understand each organization’s mission, programs and services, critical funding needs, and social impacts as well as key corporate partnerships; secure exclusive agreements with nonprofit and government organizations; cultivate and steward relationships with nonprofit leaders and staff to achieve high impact projects, deliver exceptional client experience and create powerful consumer engagement that leads to tangible and measureable community change.

Research - Conduct research on a broad range of topics and prospects including: corporate brands and their corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and community engagement/giving programs; nonprofit organizations and their social impact programs and projects; consumer engagement in causes; trends in the overall CSR, philanthropy, sustainability, responsible business, and social impact arena; impact measurement and technology platforms to support impact measurement and reporting; and, other topics relevant to Givewith products, programs and services.

Administrative - Data management and updates, produce weekly reports as needed, prepare, manage and submit expense reports, ensure data quality and integrity.


5-7 years experience in campaign design and management (digital campaigns a plus), cause marketing, advertising and media sales, corporate social responsibility, project management, partnership development and/or client services required.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media communications, business, or related field is preferred

Functional knowledge of nonprofits, some direct experience is preferred

Organized, detail oriented, proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and request

Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Interest in technology as a tool for good

Work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency

Team-oriented, strategic thinker with ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote; knowledge of Salesforce
