Showtime Networks is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for our New York office. This position will provide professional administrative and HR support to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organization skills with an interest in HR.

Responsibilities include:

  • (60-70% of Job responsibilities) Manage EVP’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, conference calls, trips, functions, expenses, etc. Monitor scheduling changes and provide real time updates throughout the course of the day.

  • Responsible for processing expense reports for EVP of HR and HR Generalists.

  • Prioritize incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence in a timely manner

  • Draft correspondence and compile meeting notes for HR team’s weekly meeting

  • Secure and distribute confidential materials

  • Provide daily assistance on long term projects

  • Use appropriate judgment and be resourceful in filtering requests from various internal and external parties.

  • Act as main point of contact for all employee inquiries by maintaining HR mailbox

  • Maintain HR related files, such as employee contracts

  • Manage employee anniversary gift program

  • Process Tuition Reimbursement Claims

*Responsible for updating organizational charts on a weekly basis



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Human Resources or administrative role

  • Understanding of the Confidential /Sensitivity nature of Human Resources functions and information is mandatory.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task pro-actively in a fast-paced environment, without constant direction.

  • Ability to take initiative and use judgement.

  • Previous experience in supporting executives in a highly visible and active environment is desirable

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to be flexible to changing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly motivated, results oriented and self-starter

  • Strong attention to detail & deadlines

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Excellent follow up skills and ability to use good judgment

  • Advanced MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Office 365
