Monitoring and maintaining the Compliance email and telephonic accounts and the related Compliance log.
Conducting and/or supervising workplace investigations.
Develop, launch and conduct workplace training programs.
Revise, interpret and enforce company policies.
Assist Labor and Employment attorneys with NLRB, EEOC and DOL proceeding and labor arbitrations.
Draft employment contracts.
Preventive law. The successful candidate will spend considerable time dealing with policy matters, as well as advising operating management on compliance and labor and employment issues.
Candidates should be admitted to practice in New York and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a law firm associate or equivalent experience. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and investigative skills are essential.
