DESCRIPTION:

For our Legal department in the Amsterdam office, we are looking for a temporary (6 months) Contract Administrator to cover maternity leave.

Applicants must enjoy working in a demanding, team oriented atmosphere within a constantly evolving international industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review license agreements and amendments and other documents related to television license agreements using company approved templates.

  • Upload documents and correspondence into legal department document management system (iManage).

  • Issue and track issuance of legal documents to clients.

  • Interface and liase with Legal and Sales staff in EMEA offices to coordinate execution of contracts and related documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:

  • Must speak and write in English fluently.

  • Bachelor (Dutch: HBO) degree in related field required.

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience

  • Experience in a similar role with Business Affairs/Contracts/Legal and/or Television Distribution licensing background is preferred.
