The Talent Acquisition Administrator (Temp) should demonstrate the ability to effectively coordinate administrative tasks related to recruiting. The Administrator will first and foremost support the Vice President, Talent Acquisition as well as a team of Recruiters. There will be additional projects to work on alongside other members of the team such as events, and marketing to name a few.


  • Manage Vice President’s calendar.

  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage multiple calendars.

  • Administrator of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Assist with reporting, and analysis.

  • Manage new requisitions as well as job and candidate activities within the ATS.

  • Regularly communicate with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to expedite the hiring process and ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

  • Prepare presentations.

  • General support of manager's activities and projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field preferred.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong MS office skills in Outlook, Word and PPT or Keynote. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and vlook up).

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system or database software preferred.

  • Solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment.

  • Professionalism to interact with employees at all levels.
