The Sales Coordinator, as part of the Special Markets team, supports the custom publishing manager in their day-to-day operations and ensures seamless project operations from beginning to end.
Major Responsibilities and Tasks: Assist manager with the preparation and execution of account presentations.
Liaise with numerous other departments to ensure each stage of the custom publishing process runs smoothly. Keep numerous projects at various stages organized and on track.
Attend and take notes at internal meetings related to custom publishing.
This position is also the main contact person for customer service and order processing for all custom printings and reprints.
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Knowledge of InDesign and Salesforce is a plus
